1. Who we are

ProductMind AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17201990, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: founders@productmind.uk.

2. What we collect through this website

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company and team size if provided, what you are interested in, and your message, so we can reply.
  • Trial and Solo access requests: your name, email and selected interest, so we can arrange the next steps personally. This website form does not collect payment details.

Your theme preference is stored in your browser so it can be remembered between visits.

Please don’t include sensitive personal data in the contact form.

3. How we use it

To reply to enquiries, arrange access to the product you requested and provide support. Our legal bases are legitimate interests (answering enquiries), contract (providing the product) and consent (optional updates you have requested).

4. Who we share it with

We use service providers to operate this website and respond to requests, including our contact form provider (FormSubmit), hosting and email providers. We don’t sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to requests and maintain relevant business and support records, then deleted.

6. Your product data

ProductMind is designed so that the content you work with (interviews, tickets, PRDs and AI memory) stays in your own environment.

  • Solo: it stays on your own device.
  • Team and Enterprise: it stays on your own servers, private cloud or IT setup.

We don’t receive your product data. Model files are downloaded from an external source at setup. If you invite us to help with support, we only access what you choose to share, and only for that purpose.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email founders@productmind.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Changes

We’ll update this page when things change and show the date at the top.
