I was this product's customer before I was its founder. So I built V1 myself.
For 18 years I built and shipped product in industries with strict rules about data. I know what it feels like to have 50 customer interviews sitting in a folder, a roadmap due Friday, and a compliance policy that rules out the obvious tool.
ProductMind is the tool I needed and couldn't buy.

Eighteen years building product across six sectors: banking, insurance, oil and gas, e-commerce, medtech, and AI and natural language generation. Most of them regulated, and in all of them customer and operational data was off-limits for cloud tools.
I built and shipped ProductMind V1 alone, on a weekly release cadence for four months.
Why ProductMind exists
Product managers in fintech, healthtech and legaltech have the same AI tools as everyone else, and many aren't allowed to use them.
Pasting a customer interview into a public AI tool means sending regulated data to a third party. For a PM at a bank, an insurer or a health provider, that isn't a debate. It's a hard no from compliance, and the biggest productivity shift in a decade goes around them.
ProductMind closes that gap. It runs where your data already lives: on your own laptop, on your own servers, or inside your own IT setup. There's no third-party cloud holding your interviews, tickets, PRDs or AI memory. That's a stronger promise than "we won't look."

ProductMind turns raw customer signal into shipped requirements:
- Bring interviews, support tickets, NPS feedback and sales calls into one evidence base
- Turn recurring themes into problem statements and PRDs linked to customer quotes
- Review and approve requirements before generating engineering tickets
- Learn your writing style and team vocabulary; founding teams can add their own product documents

- Solo: on your own device, for one PM
- Team: on your own servers or private cloud, with heavier models and shared knowledge, for up to 5 PMs
- Enterprise: inside your IT setup, with SSO and the integrations your security team needs
